When you pay money to the company that money is held by the company on behalf of the driving instructor that you take lessons from until you complete the lesson.
You may reschedule or cancel a lesson by providing at least 24 hours notice prior to the commencement of scheduled lesson. You must call or text focus driving school to reschedule or cancel a lesson at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
If you do not provide notice of at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time for your lesson you will be charged the full price of the lesson.
Focus driving school reserves the right to reschedule a lesson by providing you with reasonable notice by telephone, sms or email.
If you arrive late for a lesson you will be charged the full lesson fee. Your instructor may only be able to offer you the remainder of your scheduled lesson time, due to scheduling requirements of other lessons, and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit.
If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notification we reserve the right to cancel the lesson and charge the full price of the lesson.
If you do not attend a lesson we reserve the right to cancel the lesson and charge you the full price of the lesson.
You must give at least 7 days notice to cancel or reschedule a driving test package booking or a cancellation fee of $95 will be charged.
Focus Training is an approved provider of the transport for QLD safer drivers course. As such we provide the course in accordance with the requirements of transport for Main Road. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you meet the course requirements set by transport for Main Road. No refund will be given if you fail to meet the course requirements.
Focus Training hires venues to conduct safer driver courses. As such we hire those venues subject to the conditions of the venue owner.
Focus Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course by providing you with reasonable notice by telephone, sms or email. No refund will be given, but you will be offered another date to reschedule the course.
If you want to reschedule or cancel driving lesson, you have to change before 24 hours time prior to your booking. We are unable to offer a refund in the event of a cancellation, however, you can reschedule to any other days.
All purchased lesson, package or Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
You are not entitled to a refund simply because you changed your mind. Decision will be made by Focus Training.
You are not entitled to a refund as a result of a problem with a service that was completely outside of our control.
If you provide more than 7 days notice a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
If you arrive late for the course you will be charged the full fee. If you do not complete the course you will be charged the full fee.
A cancellation does not automatically refund payment of products or services. Any amount not subject to the cancellation fee, is credited towards your account balance with focus Training safer drivers course. This credit is valid for 6 months or until focus driving school ceases to be an approved provider of the transport for QLD safer drivers course.
All gift vouchers issued by the company are issued on behalf of affiliated driving instructors who are solely responsible for any and all driving lessons.
Gift vouchers are non refundable, not redeemable for cash, not transferable and cannot be resold. Cancellation fees apply to gift vouchers. Gift vouchers may be used from time to time as part of a promotional activity as such special promotional conditions may apply.
